C-Clips are designed to keep the head of downwind sails forward during the hoist, filling the sail faster on the sets. The clips live attached to halyards by luggage tagging the dyneema lanyard to the tylaska. The clip sizes are based upon the size of the headfoil that it rides on. Measuring the headfoil is critical to the function of the clip.
